1.Q:  Do I need a Wholesale License to buy from XPjewelry?
  A:  No,You do not. Anyone who can visit the site will be available to buy from xpjewelry.

2.Q:  Is there any minimum order quantity?
  A:  Yes, all  items have a MOQ from 2 - 12 pcs / design, but it has not minimum order value.

3.Q:  Do you offer customized making?
  A:  Yes. OEM / ODM are welcome. we are a jewelry manufacturer and have our own factory in China, we can provide competitive prices.You are welcome to inform us your special enquires or designs, we will quote you a very reasonable price according to the quantity.

4.Q:  Who can buy from you?
  A:  We are welcome to all wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. If you have a retail store, sell at craft shows,have a Web Site, are a reseller, have a booth at shows, and events, have home parties, or have a party plan company.

5.Q:  Does your company send free samples?
  A:  No.

6.Q:  Are the pictures the same as your real products?
  A:  All pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being processed. They are nearly the same as the real ones.

7.Q:  Do I need to pay taxes on imported goods?
  A:  We dont add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

By our experience,it won't pay any taxes on import goods in most countries when the Declared Value for Customs is from USD$100 to USD$200. So we may  try to help them to save taxes according to the customers requests.

However - In some countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.

XPjewelry is based in HongKong. We are a HongKong company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country customs are concerned.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.

As such we can not, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If you order goods from us and feel that you have been unexpectedly "stung" with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.

Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

8.Q:  Do You Have A Guarantee Or Warranty?
  A:  Sure. XPjewelry wholesaale jewelry based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.
We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
We have a QA team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

9.Q:  Can I get lower price if I place a large order?
  A:  No, all prices are the best price we offer. Only for orders over 500 PCS/design, and accept a lead time of 30 days, can give a discount price.

10.Q: Can I make a part payment first,and then pay the rest after item received?
   A:  Yes,but only  for large orders (or OEM orders).

11.Q:  What are payment methods accepted?
   A:  There are 3 type methods :Paypal (Accept Credit and Debit Card), Western Union,and Bank transfer,which is easy to pay for sample orders.We also accept L/C  and T/T for large orders: 30% deposit and balance payment before shipment

12.Q:  How to save on shipping cost?
   A:  Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the Registered Air Shipping, it is a low price for less than 2KG goods.

13.Q:  How long will I receive the item?
   A:  Usually the order will be sent out within 1-2 workdays after payment confirmation via DHL,UPS ,TNT or EMS. The delivery may be postponed during weekends (we take rest in Sundays at usual times) and the Chinese public holidays (which we will make a note in the website).

14.Q:  How to do if my question dose not get any response immediately?

15.Q:  How often will your site be updated with new products?
   A:  Normally we update our site once per day.Find them by clicking the incon "New Products" on the homepage. You may receive email from us for the new items if you have subscribed newsletter. Or please check them out on the website frequently. Meanwhile, some sold out items will be marked as "Sold Out". That’s why we suggest you do the payment quickly after placing order, because hot items may quickly be out of stock after put for sale.
