1. What are payment methods accepted?
 
There are 3 type methods :(1). Paypal (Accept Credit and Debit Card), (2). Western Union, (3)and Bank transfer,which is easy to pay for sample orders.
We also accept L/C  and T/T for large orders: 30% deposit and balance payment before shipment
 
2. Can I change my billing information?
 
If your order has been placed, you can’t change your billing information.However,you can contract us to edit your shipping info.
 
3 How do I know my payment has been received?
 
When the payment has been received by XPjewelry, it will send an automatic email to you,please check your emial inbox(it maybe in the spam or Trash),You can also go to website and login to your “My Account”, and check the order status on “Order Status”.
 
4. Why my country isn't available in paypal?
 
Normally you can register free for an account at www.paypal.com,but please note paying by Paypal is only possible in the countries listed on the following web page:
 
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide
 
If you have a Paypal account, but you are having problems with sending money or logging into Paypal, you need to contact to Paypal customer service,but not us.
 
If paypal is not available in your country,It does not matter.You can pay us via bank transfer or western union.The detailed information about bank transfer and western union,please check this link:

5. How does paypal work?
 
Using Paypal you have several choices:
- send money from existing credit on your Paypal account (if any);
- send money from a credit card: the amount is drawn from your credit card and sent directly to the recipients Paypal account;
- send money from a debit card/ bank account: the amount is sent directly to the recipients Paypal account.
 
Please note that Paypal will probably charge you certain commissions when "uploading" money, so please check on their site for real information about their services, and dont take our word for it!!
 
Please be extra vigilant about possible fraud sites purporting to be the real Paypal site in order to harvest your information. Don't click on links to "paypal verification" emails as they are always fishing.
 
6. What are the advantages of paying with PayPal?
 
•          Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using PayPal account
•          Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). XPjewelry doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
•          PayPal offers PayPal Buyer Protection on qualifying items – up to $1,000 in free coverage. Additional limited protection is offered through PayPal's Money Back Guarantee.
 
7. What are the advantages of paying with credit card?
 
•          Payment is traceable
•          Payment is immediate and convenient. Payment is deposited directly into XPjewelry's account

8. Why does my credit card payment fail?
 
Payments by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly.
The following reasons account for most cases of credit card payment failure:
(1). The amount of payment exceeds credit limit.
(2). The billing address is inconsistent with your credit card address.
(3). Different users are found to have used the same credit card.
(4). Your credit card may not support online transactions.
(5). Your credit card may not support 3D security verification.
 
9. What are the offline payments?
 
Offline payment methods are below:

10. What are the advantages of choosing the offline payments?
 
•          Payment is traceable
•          No currency exchange trouble

11. Why is the order status "Pending" after I had paid for my order? Why does my order status "Payment Received"?
 
Normally, your payment will be confirmed within 1 business days when you use any offline payment method. Before the payment was received or confirmed by XPjewelry, your order status is "Pending" or "Payment Received".
 
12.Who pays the transfer fee for offline payments?
 
For offline payment such as Western Union or Wire Transfer, the buyer is responsible for fees charged by bank or post office for the remittance operation.
 
13. Cash on delivery?
 
No, sorry, Please pay for your order in full, in advance, by bank transfer,western union or Paypal.
 
14.How to know XPjewelrys beneficiary accounts?
 
You will get the beneficiary accounts information when placing order in the checkout page.

15. How can i change western union to payal afer order placed?
 
Even if you choose Western Union, you can still pay via Paypal.
 
You can send money directly to our Paypal account:  Service@xpjewelry.com 
 
Please let us know your order number in the comments(when you pay via Paypal you can add comments).
 
You can also contact our online salesman,They will help to send you an money request to your Paypal account.Then what you need to do is just accept it.
 
As soon as we confirm that payment has been received,we will start to process your order.
 
16. Do I have to pay VAT or any other form of sales tax on products bought through XPjewelry?
 
We do not add any additional charges or taxes in HongKong.
 
Possible additional costs to you may include:
- bank transfer charges,
- Paypal money upload charges,
- Any import duties that are levied at customs.
 
Please note that if you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from XPjewelry,Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.
 
Please note that if you are drop-shipping to end customers, Please let them know about any taxes they may have to pay when receiving goods from the courier.
 
17. How to view prices on the website in different currencies?
 
You can choose to view prices in different currencies using the drop-down Currencies menu at the top of the right-hand pane of our homepage.
 
You can view prices following currencies:
- US Dollar (USD)
- Euro (EUR)
- British Pound (GBP)
 

20. Why was my order cancelled? Why did you refund my payment?
 
If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment or the products you ordered were out of stock.Generally,our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss with you,but if we can not get in touch with you in 5 days after we receive your payment,we will have to refund for you.As we think,It is our responsibility to ship out your order in time.
 
Possible reasons for refunding money are:
 
- Paypal account name and address does not match your orders shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- The the products you ordered were out of stock(Generally we have enough stock but rarely we may suffer an temporarily lack of certain product ),and there was no response when we contacted you.
 
21. Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?
 
No,they are not free.
 
You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to XPjewelry by Western Union/Bank Transfer.
 
If you pay by bank transfer,please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a XPjewelry order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we wont be able to send your full order.
 
XPjewelry pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
 
if you pay by western union,you need to go to an western union branch.Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee.Please submit the amount including transfer fee.
 
22. How to contact paypal customer service?
 
Finding this information on the PayPal website is quite tricky and some users have suggested this may be because they prefer receiving requests by email and want to reduce the number of calls. You can contact PayPal customer service at the toll-free contact numbers below:

23. Can I pay by credit card if I am not a PayPal member?
 
Sure. Paying by credit card or debit card is safe, easy and convenient at XPjewelry. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments from most locations worldwide. We also accept Solo debit card payments in the United Kingdom only.
Using Your Credit Card or Debit Card
 
(1). On your Shopping Cart page, click "Proceed to Checkout" after reviewing your items.
(2). On the Billing, Shipping & Review page, under Payment Methods, select Credit Card/Debit Card.
(3). Fill in the required information carefully.
(4). After reviewing your payment details, click  "Placing YOur Order".
 
All your credit card details are securely stored by Paypal and not XPjewelry. Paying by Credit Card through Paypal is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.
 
Note: XPjewelry does not store or review your credit card & personal information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card or debit card transaction, please contact Paypal or your credit card company for assistance. XPjewelry cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card or debit card payment issues.
 
24.How to know shipping cost before order?
 
Calculating shipping costs for your online store is simple, and you dont need to wait until the orders come in.
On the items product information page, view the Estimate Shipping Costs
Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship to: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
Calculations are automatic and based on your shipping address and the weight of the items!
There are two reasons why we can't publish a list of shipping fees for reference purposes:
Displaying the calculation chart would take up too much space. Imagine over 100 country codes, 50 weight bands, factoring of constants for each combination, exceptions, etc. And thats just for one courier! To include options for the four or five couriers we usually use would quickly make any table or chart unreadable.
Shipping Fees are constantly changing. The cost of shipping with different couriers to different locations is dynamic, going both up and down, which makes updating a reference chart online unfeasible.
