Return Policy


We support the conditional return. This return does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified as per customer request.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call help from the live chat, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. 
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

XPjewelry.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

Return Policy

We only promise to exchange or return goods when there is any unartificial quality problem as following:

1. Any return will be refused because of any customs issue, such as tax, certification or other reasons.

2. Any return needs to submit within 7 working days after the order received (upto 10 working days), with the attached list of return details via email. All return will be refused for over 10 working days.

3. The goods not match to customer's order (except the exchanged goods after we negotiate with you).

4. Any unartificial broken or damaged during the delivery.

5. Follow these steps to return your item(s):
1). Please Email us to know you are returning the jewellery and offer the relevant information of the order (Order NO., register name, telephone number and e-mail address).
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewellery and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.

2.) Describe reasons for return.
If any arrived broken or miss sending or any other problem, please take photos of packaging and practicality of item(s) and show us by Email Service@xpjewelry.com
We will deal with your problem within 5 working days.

3). It will be better for you to insure the return as it is not our responsibility for loss or misdirected returns or items damaged in transit.

4). Your return will be processed within 5 working days after item(s) received. You will receive an email confirming the order status.
